In the world of artificial intelligence, data collection and analysis is one of the most important aspects which companies are paying big money for. They know that for their AI model to become more powerful, they need to feed it with new data everyday to avoid their AI tool from becoming redundant with its outputs. The problem becomes serious when it is your own government whom you voted in your own interest, is paying these big companies to collect data, data of their own citizens, so that it can keep a close eye on you and your whereabouts. This is the same government that is funding industrialists, the government that is mending its countries policies so that these industrialists can favor while the common man suffers. Dheeraj Sudan and Meenu Hinduja who own the software company MHDS Techno Soft, feel that this is nothing less than cheating on your own people, the people who trust and vote for you to bring you to power.

And there is nothing other than that, no ulterior motives, no hidden costs, no black hat tactics, just pure AI solutions. So when the news about the government using AI to stalk citizens spread like wildfire, Dheeraj Sudan and his wife Meenu Hinduja were one of the very first entrepreneurs to call out this act as shameful and untrustworthy. Dheeraj says, “You are already getting fooled by marketers and are tricked into buying products that are made of substandard quality. Companies, for years, are spending billions on advertising but if they spend that much on making good products, they would not need advertising. While that is a different ball game altogether, it was shocking to find out that of all the people, our own government is leveraging tools like artificial intelligence to stalk us. I wonder why they are not using AI to catch corrupt politicians. ” He continues, “That day is not far away when the government will make it mandatory for AI firms to assist them in their own heinous activities like war. Imagine you took IT as a profession because it is a high paying industry to realise that now you have to indirectly work for the government and that your hands are in blood because your knowledge and expertise is used by the government for war. You are not a soldier and you did not sign up for this.”
Such incidents are nothing but eye openers on how AI which was supposed to be deemed as a tool that can save humanity, is actually being used as a weapon to destroy our own kind of beings.
